The good news is, now that the project has been remade using Flutter, future development would be fast and efficient (just look at how much was done in the past 1 month). Of course, this new project being barely 1 month old, it's also missing a few key features from the old app, most noticeably the "scheduled download" feature is not available at this moment. This project started about one month ago, and it's already got several major improvements over the old app, including an added iOS support, additional images and videos sources (including fixing problems with redgifs and making sure both video and audio are downloaded from v. etc), improved HTML formatting (especially when posts or comments contains tables), and even inline-image support. This is the first public release of the "offline reader" app: a complete remake of the old "reddit offline (Android-only)" app with a modern cross-platform framework called Flutter.
